Hello,
I am a Murano collector - mostly lamps...
I have stumbled upon these lamps:

There are two more from this seller.
It has a generic murano sticker on it - but who is the maker?

Hi
The style of the pendant lamp shades would seem to indicate a production date of around 1950 to 1970 and the Made In Italy label is hard to pinpoint to a particular maker. Normally, these type of Generic labels indicate items made for the passing tourist trade but this is not an absolutely certainty.
Nice items though and they would look great once hung

Hi I have no idea who made these but my MO for Murano items on ebay is that if there is more than 2 on offer I leave them alone. After a min of 40 years it is unlikely that several would be available.
What annoys me is where there are 2 lamps but they sell them individually. Because I am mean and won't spend $1000, I struggle to get a pair of murano lamps.

They probably came from a single light fitting, with the three shades cascaded on different-length cables...

Pinkspoons: I agree they could be from a set but I found a couple more in a search and that is when my antenna goes up. If it came from a single lamp why not sell it as a hanging lamp rather than individual? Don't you think it would be worth more?
I find that when I make a guess about a piece of glass it has a propensity to come undone.
Venini88 noticed you didn't put a bid in for this, any reason?

The seller doesn't seem to have the original bulb-holder fittings (there are drilled holes at the top of the vase for a metal support bar with no indication that they're being used), so it's possible the original lamp was split up into its constituent parts long before the seller got their hands on it, with the original fittings going missing along the way. It's surprisingly common with glass lamp shades.
