Title: Cornucopia and tiny ashtray
Post by: Cathy B on June 22, 2006, 04:39:58 AM
Hi there,

These aren't repros, are they? Who would have made them?

Thanks, in advance,
Cathy

by the way, I'm using the free Photobucket service. How have people found it to be? Should I upgrade to the pay service for auctions?

Hi Kathy,

I believe that both are Archimede Seguso, circa 1960s.  Very pretty!

Thanks, Laura!

I've seen the cornucopia shape reproduced, but I thought these two were far nicer in quality. :) Thank you!

Kind regards
Cathy

Hi Cathy,
Yes and Yes!
At least the cornucopia is Seguso for sure. I've had quite a few of them with labels. The small bowl is more than not Seguso also.
I have to say I love the color of the larger piece. I've only had White ones for some reason, oh and 1 red one about 2 years ago.
