Title: Magnor Vase - Designer?

White Magnor vase with splashes of gold, has the Magnor label and looks pretty modern - stamped into base with Magnor logo and a signature (not very good to photograph) looks like Per or Rea Spein, I am sure the second word is Spein or Spen not too sure of first. Any help appreciated.
