Title: Victorian green enamelled biscuit barrel

and this is the emerald green biscuit barrel I mentioned before.

Now this does look much more Bohemian to me - something about the fussiness and the white spots.  Would that possibly be right?

I'd agree with that, much nicer quality than more modern versions.
