Hi. I hope someone can help me identify a lamp base I have without a photograph! The said item is currently in my loft and I cannot get to it at the moment. It is pale Blue Opague Glass, and is a nude woman on rocks holding a beacon/torch. I have seen the same model in pink and green featured on a website called 1st Glass and described as 'Art Deco Vaseline glass/Uranium Glass Nude Lady' Czech c 1030s, however I cannot seem to find any blue versions. Mine is missing the Orb or Flame featured with the ones shown. I wonder if it is just a copy or was not a popular colour. Mine was bought for me at a jumble sale in 1979 and I did have it 'wired up' at one point and she has 'worn' various shades as decor dictated, but unfortunately my husband is not a fan of it, hence the loft location now. It seems a shame to hide her away and I am now considering selling her. Before I do that I have decided to at least identify and age her correctly.

Welcome to The Glass Message Board. They do come in blue as well as the colours you mentioned and white as well if I recall correctly. The information on the site you mentioned is about as much that is known about these pieces.
