Title: Caithness flower paperweight

Can anyone help me with this is it a rose? I'm no country boy  :)

might be  a cyclamen - with the leaf attached the wrong end?

It's just a "rose" - the flower for June in the floral year set: your weight is from the 1995 issue (not published anywhere to my knowledge).  A more "modern" version of the series was issued in 2000.

Only the January - Snowdrop (http://www.scotlandsglass.co.uk/cms/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=163&category_id=62&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=6) is online on Scotland's Glass so far (although all 12 are in the queue on my hard disk).

It's a second so no clue on the base.

looks like the leaf is attached to the stalk by its tip to my eye Chris
