Caithness? How big is it?

It's 9.5" did consider Caithness the Oban glass ones before posting but never seen one this size and it does seem a little different they seem to be more hambone shaped at the base and this as a rim along the edge which I didn't think the Oban ones have? though I been wrong before.

Hi Chris
definitely Caithness Oban. The shape of the top doesn't show too well in the pics in Marks book, but I have several identical ones.

And definitely not sommerso. The colour was actually glass strips.

Thanks Jak and you too John and sorry if I appeared to doubt you :o
Clever that Christine, not you the technique ;D should have known really with the purple?
Chris

Don't worry about that Chris, it was only a guess. I doubt myself most of the time, that way I stop myself from pulling the wool over my own eyes...
Mmm, I get the impression that Christine is quite clever. ;D
