Hi
wondering if anyone can help tell me what the markings in the canes of this paperweight mean & who it was made buy?

Hi Susie, the paperweight is a Vasart or Strathearn and doesn't have any signature canes.

Your best bet if you want to know what year the canes were made is to look at Richard More's Smugmug site, and also look at Kev's site to learn more:
