I have this vase that has original sticker. Is it Venetian Glass? Sticker says Stelvia Made in Italy, and Fatto A Mano (I think this means made by hand). Also is Stelvia an area in Italy (like Murano is)?? Does anyone know artist, date, possible book value. Thanks, as I have never posted on board before.... :o How would one describe this vase???

Oh, and there is also a little dog that is on a cot like thing. I don't know if you can see it on label. Thanks
