Title: Is this a Sklo Union Vase? ID = Rudolfova Hut, Vladislav Urban

I found one in completed Ebay auctions in amber listed as Sklo Union, have not seen another like this anywhere. Can anyone confirm this is indeed a Sklo Union item? It is 8 1/4" tall, 5 1/4" diameter.  thank you.
