Title: Unidentified paperweight

Here is a paperweight I picked up in Glasgow (home town) - pear shaped 3.5" high, 2.25" diam

Has label to base I can't properly read a is worn - could it be one of the small scottish makers I havn't haven't heard of yet

I really feel this is modern Chinese, but I could not be 100% sure.
