Clichy closed way before those dates.
How big is it please?  Is the rim smooth and curved i.e. firepolished? Does it have a bun foot applied or is it integral to the vase, i.e. hollow inside right down to the foot?
There doesn't appear to be a polished pontil mark?  it's difficult to photograph things like this because the decor on the base gets in the way of seeing how the base is finished, but how is the base finished?  is it smooth, rough to touch, or does it in fact have a polished pontil mark that we can't see in the picture?
