7 inches tall, not a silver rim, appears to have had some type of gilding,or is that runny glue :o,the base does look like martele, any ideas please, ;D
-
Not sure this is Kralik Keith, the pattern does not look quite as 'regular' as on the following Kralik mother of pearl vase. Flying Free has a vase in the same colour as yours that has so far eluded an ID.

Thanks John, I just wondered if it started out as martele and then got stretched, :o ;D ;D

It looks as though Rindskopf did a martele as well. I think the pattern looks more similar to the Rindskopf version. I also think the vase I posted with a heading of 'Texas? ' in the same colour and finish as yours might be from the same maker - whoever that turns out to be.

Here is another in a red colour: http://www.rubylane.com/item/648247-108-RedQuiltVase/Red-Quilted-Bohemian-Iridescent-Art
I also remember one that I can not find now, it was the same shape but taller and without the quilting but it was twisted into a spiral.
