:hi:
Got this from the sale I was at the other day. Not sure IF this is a paperweight, or just a decorative item? It is faceted on 4 sides, and then the rest is Frosted. Has some Gold flakes in it, some bubbles, and swirls. Has a yellow center in it. It is 6 inches tall, and about 3.25 inches wide. Polished bottom with some wear. Heavy and Solid hunk of Glass. Weighs about 2.10 pounds. Not sure if you call this a egg shape, or kinda a pyramid shape.
Any ideas on the Maker, or date made? Or anything at all?? Maybe that is real Gold in it -- as a bit different than some other flakes, IMHO ??
Thanks as always :kissy:
Clueless in Canada ;D

It is very similar to what is marketed here as "Rikaro" from Czechoslovakia. No specific knowledge unfortunatel. The small base would suggest it is an obelisk rather than a pwt to me.

Hi Ross
That one pic posted was taken from the top down. Here is a pic of the base (with wear) as the base is a fair size. The inside reminds me of some of my Glass Eye Studio PW -- but that is just me and my UN-knowledge about PW. So still not sure (but I think) it is a PW, IMHO (???). Just a large one
Here is a Pic Polished bottom.....with wear. Seems like it might have some Age? maybe
Thanks as always... :kissy:
