on ebay runs:

is that VASART
or
is it Paul Ysart?

For isntance, what I have called "Central Cluster (http://www.btinternet.com/~kevh.glass/pages/catalog/py-central-cluster.htm)" weights shows the general design pattern.

And the Butterfly (http://www.btinternet.com/~kevh.glass/pages/catalog/py-butterfly.htm) weights show several with a garland of alternating large and small canes. The butterfly weight with the dark green ground, with a central cluster instead of a butterfly would be a close match to the eBay one.

Look closely and you might be able to match some canes with those in the eBay weight.
