Title: Holmegaard decanters
Post by: ultimatecodfather on June 17, 2007, 07:34:57 PM
Whilst out today i also came across a holmegaard Kluk decanter but it was a little different. it was more square (4 sided) well if you include the base and shoulders i suppose it would be six sided. The decanter was complete with sticker. How many shapes are there & most important should i have picked it up.

They're all four-sided.

Or do you mean that it was cube-shaped?

I think Michael Bang did a really squat one, c.1983.

Did it have this label:

No idea - I've only seen them sell on eBay.de and prices there aren't at all representative of .co.uk

I would probably estimate £10-15 on .co.uk, maybe more with two keen collectors bidding. But, conversely, it might flounder at a fiver.
