this is signed s. Frattini; does anyone recognize the name or this as Italian?

Your piece comes under the "Murano" lablel and is from the "Lovers" series by S.Frattini. They are available in both upright and prone positions. As to the age of your piece, I cannot help.

S is Sandro. If you google "Sandro Frattin" you'll see many things that he made. You'll also find some things under "Sandro Frattini." I double-checked and found his name is Sandro Frattin without the ending i.
