Title: Well there goes the 'Canada' range...
Post by: Pinkspoons on October 18, 2007, 09:34:14 PM
Holmegaard have recently re-issued part of the 'Canada' range which, frustratingly, is going to dent somewhat the value of the vintage sets. Thankfully they've only re-done four sizes, and even more thankfully only in the Smoke colourway... but I wouldn't really advise any dealers to invest in 'Canada' glasses without original vintage packaging or labels for the next decade or so...  ::)

oh gawd... thanks for the tip-off Nic - I s'pose we're going to see the re-issues appearing on eBay as 'vintage' and all that malarky ::)

New Holmegaard tends to be terribly pricey - buying the genuine vintage pieces (aside from 1950s examples) will almost certainly be cheaper!

Not found any prices for the new ones yet, though.
