Title: Swirly fine layered weight for id
Post by: yesvil on October 20, 2010, 05:44:14 PM
I have one vaguely similar marked Wegwood, is this?

It's smallish - a covered handful - with a lot of wear to the base.

Any Ideas? ~Adam

The rest is atypical for China. A second, a studio piece or a "day hot glass working" piece would seem more likely.

Thanks Guys. I discounted Chinese on the basis of subtlety, but that's only from my experience. Apart from the blotchy red bit at the top I think it's quite nice whatever it's history
