Title: Handkerchief Vase - ID = White Rose Glass, Bagley

Clear glass trextured surface handkerchief vase - app 4" high - moulded - has moulded star shape to base - feels Czech but I could be wrong - any suggestions?

Not it's White Rose Glass, made by Bagley in the early 1970s after it was taken over by Jackson in 1962.
