Here is a Ronnesy swan in clear glass - it has the 'Fin'label which is a bit worn - see photo
It is also marked to base Ronnesy Sweden - D70 - 150
Any idea of date or designer
Thanks Adam

Hi Adam, just a small correction to help here.....it is Ronneby, not Ronnesy. The 'FIN' label actually says FM before the word Ronneby, and stands for Färe Marcolin.......I'm sure Inca will be along soon to give more information....she is the Ronneby expert and has helped me a lot with mine.
That's a lovely swan as well Adam.

Lovely swan!
It is marked: FM Ronneby Sweden D40-150
Date (based on the label): approx. 1980
I don't know the designer.

Interesting to see a Ronneby piece without the central "Feathers" that seem to be there. If you haven't seen them before I have attached two photos of my Ronneby Goose. Hopefully someone else will be able to interpret the signature and give you a date. I notice mine lacks the numbers. I have had him since the middle 90s.

Thanks to all of you - Inca for the date and Ross for showing me his goose
It is nice to have a fully marked piece also with a label ;D

Hopefully someone else will be able to interpret the signature and give you a date.
Ross
Hi Ross,
The signature reads D-40 and not D-70. 150 indicates the size = 150 mm.
So the inscription reads: FM Ronneby Sweden D40-150
The label was in use approx 1979-1982 so I think we can say approx 1980 for this swan.

Some additional information on this piece is that it was sold through at least 1986, and sold new in 1986 for 117 SEK. The color is number 20, which is desribed as 'clear+royal black grey effect inside'.

Aaron thanks for your reply and adding further information :)
I notice someone else has just added pictures of more FM penguins without the grey mottled internal decoration, so came across your post looking up Ronneby.
