Acquired these bits recently, had a good mooch around Pam's site and can find nothing, cus I normally strike lucky :D any ideas?
-
Hermanova Hut Glassexport before 1958.
-
The glassworks was also known as Stölzle - here's a pic of my part set also in frosted green like yours: http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-10717 - I've not yet added this maker to the GTS website but it will be shortly.
-
arrrrrrr thanks Annie, I see I have the bits that you don't and vice versa ;D
-
Anne, what was the story with Stoltze & Hermanova Hutt? Are they alternative names for the same glass house or is one the town, one the factory?
-
Carl Stölzle und Sohne was the Austrian parent company and Hermanshütte or Heřmanova huť was its Czech factory
-
Any ideas please for this trinket pot which reminds me of a spaceship? :D
-
Stolzle. :) I have pics of these to add to the Glass Trinket Sets website but in the meantime there's one of my green part set in GlassGallery here: http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-10717

Excellent thank you very much Anne! That's a lovely set you have there, very interesting shapes. Since posting I've found this Ebay listing, the candlesticks I've often seen with another tray, do you think they are also Stolzle and part of the set?

Yes, those are the matching candlesticks. I don't have any of them (yet!) :) They are shown in the pre-1958 catalogue along with the pots, ringholder and the tray.
-
Thanks so much Anne! :D I will keep a look out for candlesticks for you. :)
-
Aww bless you thanks! I tend to miss listings for stuff cos I never remember to check (even when I've got a reminder set up!) (ooops!)
-
There are a couple of pink candlesticks for sale from the same set http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VINTAGE-ART-DECO-PAIR-PEACH-GLASS-CANDLESTICKS-HOLDERS-/130571726709?pt=UK_Candle_Holders&hash=item1e66ae6f75

Oooh thank-you Wolkenreb! :) I wonder if Anne wants them? They would probably match my pot and Anne has green, although she may have more sets. I really should sell/organise some of the huge amount :-[ of sets I already have before buying more. :D
-
I thought you might be wanting to build up a set starting with the pot. The candlesticks are a bit pricey though!
-
Yes I've added them to my watch list, I'll see how it goes, thanks again! :)
-
Yes, I'm after green ones to complete my set. :)
-
I'm looking out for yours too Anne! Do you know how many colours this set came in? I might start looking out for another colour for myself (so as not to compete!). It's a really nice design -- different.
-
So far I've seen frosted green, clear green, frosted pink, clear pink, clear amber... and I think in frosted blue... possibly clear blue... wracking my memory now... :)
-
Great. Thanks Anne.
-
Go ahead and bid for the pink ones if you like Wolkenreb, I've decided against bidding on those ones for now. :)
-
Hmm - not at that price I'm afraid!
-
Anne a pair of candlesticks for sale to match your set! Uranium too I'd say as a guess, and reasonably priced. :)

They were made in Czechoslovakia, and appear on page 14 of the Hermanova Hut pre-1958 catalogue as pattern number 19441. They are part of their 19440-19443 trinket set – tray 19440, candlestick 19441, covered trinket pots (2 sizes) 19442, and ringholder 19443.
Versions in green, amber, blue and pink glass.
Your candlesticks look to be entirely of unfrosted glass, whereas all the other sets I have seen to this pattern have been of part-frosted glass.
Fred.
