Title: Are these paperweights Bohemian 1920's
Post by: mhgcgolfclub on April 19, 2011, 08:33:36 PM
Help please to ID these paperweights.

My best guess would be Bohemian c1920/30.

Weight 470 gm, diameter 3".

Thanks Roy

Quite possibly Bohemian.

Or perhaps Belgian. Or maybe Alsace-Lorraine?

[And before anyone suggests Scottish, I will say that I have not yet seen a confirmed Scottish version with five outer bubbles. Eight outer bubbles, plenty. Six, lots. Four, occasionally. But not five.]

I'd go with Kev's second suggestion on these - I think Belgium or Alsace is the most likely source.
