Has anyone seen these patterns before, or anything like these patterns? I think they are European, but further to that I have no idea! All were bought in Australia, but that doesn't mean anything!
Bowl, 26 x 17 x 7.5 cm amber with applied frit

Vase, 11.5 cm, uranium green satin glass.

This pattern is well known in Australia as "Wave on Wall", and has been assumed to be Australian on the basis of the hearsay that someone, somewhere, found a label on one. However, I believe the true Australian pattern to be this one (obviously a rip off of the original):

Note the characteristic frit on amber effect. The bowl at top has a frit of a different texture, so I'm reserving judgement!
Just one more. Does anyone have any clues on this one?

It's 17cm tall, uranium green satin glass.
Thanks everyone in advance!
Kind regards,
Cathy.

Cathy, I'm not familiar with any of those patterns, (I'm sorry to say). The first one (the amber bowl) does have a Rindskopf look to it - the "wings" are very a la Rindskopf! Having said that, I'm sure others also used that feature (e.g. Walther's "Essex" pattern).
I'll continue to look for you - and I'll be sure to post if I can come across anything.

Thanks, Glen. Just wanted to check that they weren't anything obvious. The "wave on wall" one troubles me. My documentation clearly shows that the Australian version had the rounded foot, and there is nothing in what I have with the 9-sided foot (nonagonal?). Everything else from that period seems to have been copied, so I thought I'd throw out the feelers.
Cheers
Cathy.
