Is any part of the design frosty in appearance? If the answer is yes, then I would have to say that it is probably Bohemian. A quick look on ebay under bohemian cut shows many examples of this type of pattern, the telling feature being that some of the stars have not been polished but left in a frosty state. Terry

Unpolished cutting
also known as "grey" cutting most often found in the smaller pin-wheel motifs and if so, then mostly likely post WWII and Bohemian (Czech or German) as Terry says.
Therefore not ABC American Brilliant Cut nor ABP American Brilliant Period.
