Title: Amber glass tray , floor with 8-pointed star of graduated circles - IDs, please?

A rectangular tray of amber pressed glass , 19.5 x 14 x 3 cm.

The floor of the tray is decorated with an 8-pointed star made up of graduated circles.

The sides of the tray have geometric panels.

IDs, opinions or suggestions, please?
