Had no luck though with this one, so if anyone recognises the design, would be grateful if you'd let me know, and assume somewhere in the 1930's. thanks for looking.

:) Comes in clear too Paul, but I like your uranium green one!
ID is Libochovice pattern 1800, comes in 4 heights: 155mm, 205mm, 230mm, 308mm (ID from the CD catalogues on Marcus Newhall's book, Sklo Union Art Before Industry: 20th Century Czech Pressed Glass.)
It's also shown in the Libochovice catalogue dating from the 1920s (http://www.glas-musterbuch.de/Libochovice-circa-1925-1928.118+B6YmFja1BJRD0xMTgmcHJvZHVjdElEPTUyNDkmZGV0YWlsPQ__.0.html) on Pamela's Glas-Musterbuch site, so slightly earlier than you thought. ;)

somewhat embarrassing, since as you know, I have that book and CD catalogue - slight laziness creeping in now I think. If I don't see it on Pamela's site, then I tend to forget to look elsewhere. Generally, I walk past these pieces at the boot sales, but occasionally lapse, and grab one :) As always, my sincere thanks for your time and help. ;)
