Title: Can you ID these glass paperweights?

These have been in our "collection" for a while- they were passed down by a relative.  We are moving and looking to sell them- but need some help IDing them!  We are going to keep some of our favorites. :)

Thanks for any help you can give!  If you know any information about how much they are worth (or can point me in the right direction!) that would be awesome too.

Welcome to the GMB.
Are you sure they are all glass as many of them look like resin.
Might also be worth reading the posting guidelines and rules before you post anything else.

Yea, there is usually only one item per post -- so we can focus on one item at a time.  Then that info stays with that one post.  If they are all grouped together in one post -- it makes any ID a bit confusing for others that read as to which one we are referring to.

I make mistakes too, but we will help you along. ;)  Again Welcome!!  Enjoy!!

I agree with Scimiman thaat several photos are of Resin weights - #38 to 42, and #47 to 49 look to be resin not glass.  A simple way to tell is to place themin the palm of your hand - the glass will feel relatively cold , the resin relatively warm.

Hi fabuleux,

Could you please start a new thread to show all of the items #38 to 42, and #47 to 49 (as Ross indicated) and set the title to "Are these weights glass or resin?".

I will then remove those links from this thread, which can then more easily be dealt with and perhaps split further (which I can do as a moderator) as some of the items are, or probably are, Chinese and at least one might be of Indian origin.
