Saw this in a Charity shop today, walked past it and then went back as I was sure I had seen something similiar before! And I was correct!
Signed Kosta LH 1270, quick search says it may be Lindstrand from around 1957? Confirmation is great as I am not much of a Scandi collector and find the whole Scandi numbering sometimes confusing.
Quite small though at 8.5cm and in pretty good condition. Are these smaller pieces more rarer or more common than the larger ones? Forgive the crap pics, am in the middle of moving.

That stripe matches one that I have in a Lindstrand perfume - it must have been a theme at the time. My info dates it to early 1958.

Hi Ross. I usually see the bigger vases with this stripe but not one this small. Well that time frame matches up with my sketchy memory :hiclp:

The time frame is right, designed in 1959. This one (which I have) had a matching decanter (which I don't have). The series is the "Contour line," which came in a variety of shapes and sizes, including the perfume bottles. There were two colours to the stripes, black or green, black being more common.

Thanks David for the extra info! ;D
It is a nice little piece. Think I might keep it... :D
