Title: Another OE paperweight looking for attribution

I realise there have been recent discussions in another posting about identifying Old English paperweights and that it is difficult to be absolutely sure about these things, but I have recently acquired this paperweight and was told it possibly was Richardson. I would be grateful for anyone's considered views as my knowledge is limited to say the least.

Some of the canes look very like Richardson examples.  I would endorse a Richardson attribution for this paperweight.
