Title: Just Sharing!!! I got an ID

I posted this piece on the glass board a while back, thinking is was Scandinavian. What a surprise to lean it's Fulvio Bianconi 1990. I purchased a Quittenbaum Auction Catalog and while thumbing through it, I spotted this piece. I was shocked, and very excited to see the piece. Anyway, just wanted to share it with all of you.

Yes, the catalog says Venini.

Maybe I'm wrong. The size is the same as the one in the catalog pic. Don't know if that matters just thought I'd mention it.

It'd be a good idea to be 100% certain if you're going to sell though, I think the Bianconi family is quite litigious! :shock: :shock: :x

I'm not going to rain on your party, as though much Venini work is signed, unsigned pieces are still quite common, and I have a couple myself. I was merely hoping that it would be marked to help confirm a date for it.
I certainly think that what you have is right.

How about e-mailing a copy of your photo and the auction catalogue one to Venini and asking them for confirmation? They have proved helpful to other members of this board in providing such info. Just a thought. :)
