Title: Irridescent mystery piece
Post by: Pat on August 20, 2006, 10:54:54 AM
This piece is heavy and irridescent. It appears to have an applied rim-not that well done. I have no idea!

That's a classic Murano form, but I've never seen one so heavily iridized as this.  I wonder if it could be Bohemian or Czech.  Are the colors showing up correctly?  Is it really as shiny as a mirror?

Yes it is really shiny and has gold in the shine also which is not showing on the photo.

If there's gold, I vote Italian.
