A lot of Scandi-style lamps were made in Italy during the 1970's, although Ekenäs made some quite adventurous ones too.  :)

This isn't a Michael Bang design if it is Ekenäs - he was only very briefly working for them, and was at Holmegaard by the time that this style of glass became big (the very end of the 60's, beginning of the 70's).

If your other lamp is in a really bright orange, that would really suggest that they're Italian as it seems to be a typical colour for 1970's cased glass lamps from that part of the world.

Edit: Also, Carnaby was designed primarily by Per Lütken. Michael Bang designed the stylisitcally similar Palet kitchenware range 2-3 years after the launch of Carnaby.

The style was produced by all lighting industries in Europe, i.e.all companies using the technique of colour layer over an opal base. Only a few of these designs have made it to the books, most will remain unattributable. Most of it was produced in Italy, Denmark, Germany and Sweden. If you find a sticker saying "made in Sweden" then it was most likely produced by either Ekenäs or by Elme Glasbruk.

In addition to the two glass works Ivo named, I would also suggest
Flygsfors Glasbruk.

After Orrefors bought the company, I went through the warehouse of this
glass house and there were many different designs with the overlay of
opaque white.

I think the seller is just fishing for keywords, rather than attributing the lamp. This shape of lamp is very 60's/70's, rather than '50's.

As to value, they sell very inconsistantly on eBay and can fetch anywhere between £5 - £50 (approx 7€ - 70€ or 50 DKK - 500 DKK), depending on luck, the quality of the auction write-up and how well the photographs have been taken.

*slaps forehead* Never thought of Elme - even though I've a similarly styled Elme vase not two foot away from me!
