Title: Monart Cloisonne Vase on Ebay
Post by: MHJ02 on May 20, 2007, 12:56:00 PM
Am I missing something here??!!   The cloisonne vase currently being advertised on EBay item No. 180119686770  - isn't this the same one that had so much discussion about it in a previous thread or is this a completely different and genuine Cloisonne vase?

What do you think, Frank?

Regards
Mary

It is not Monart, possibly Strathearn or much later. These have been seen here before and discussed.

The seller certainly has a way of words. It's not English, but it is a way  ;)

Thanks for that, Frank - at least people are aware and can make an informed decision.   Bidding has already reached at £205.00!!!

He does have an unusual way with words, still it makes a change!!!

Mary

PS:  We're making a move to France in a few months time, and I think I shall have to reduce the collection, one is already on EBay and hopefully, if I can part with a few more, others will follow.   But it's not an easy choice and the climate is not that good for selling.    :(

He is known for his imaginative descriptions.

I KNOW I am just being pedantic... but if you are going to use lots of long words, doesn't it moot the use of a spell checker at the very least???

It also helps if you understand the words as well :D
