Title: Italian Glass???

Hi GMB got this vase over the weekend, & I'm sure i have seen it before but can't find out where. It is about 7 Inches tall the green has been trailed over the clear glass & as you can see it is hand made the rim is not symmetrical. The base does not have a lot of wear so i don't think it is that old.
