Hi there browsing the paperweights this one showed up a Clichy 190725405045 on eBay .
Any thoughts as I thought it looked more like St Louis

Hi there,
I would say Saint Louis too. Monsieur Tropdevin will tell us for sure though.

Don't the canes twist to the right on a Baccart and to the left in a St Louis?... These go to the right... (just having a go myself before the experts give the definitive answer)... Don :)

Methinks it's a Baccarat. I have an almost identical example:

I would be strongly tempted to vote for Baccarat too, given the chirality of the twists (I love that word...). The concentric circular canes are very Baccarat as well, as is the general design. Saint-Louis scrambles are a bit more pêle-mêle (please pardon my French - I don't mean a street in London pronounced a bit upper class ), and often have bits of near fluorescent greens and yellows.

George Kulles points out in his book Identifying Antique Paperweights Millefiori, page 30: for filigree, riibbons and cables, When the strands appear to descend to the left ... Bohemian or Baccarat. If strands twist down to the right ... NEGC, Sandwich, Saint Louis or Clichy.
