Title: Murano Market Looking Better...
Post by: kane_u_pain on August 14, 2010, 07:22:26 AM
Getting annoyed...wanted to buy myself a gorgeous Poli piece for my birthday...thought I had bidded enough money for it (the auction ended 4:30am Aussie time). Nope lost!  :o I have found myself loosing more and more auctions for quality pieces  :thud: Do you think the market is looking better for quality Murano pieces?

It's hard to say. The Murano market has been unpredictable, but is tending stronger. Seguso VdA is having its time in the sun right now, so prices are higher (though still on the low side). I've also noticed that Pino Signoretto is starting to regain some lost ground. Many other makers still can be bought for good prices, though.
