And again - just in case though this is a tenuous link (but John did mention it reminded him of Kralik Millefiori) , I'm adding this bowl I spotted a few years ago and queried the id.
The foot shape and the colour of the foot reminded me of my lamp.  Then I remembered the lighting catalogue of Steinwald on CW and that there were some millefiori pieces in that and that Steinwald had used a pale pink with millefiori , although the dekor on this bowl is not seen in the catalogue pages given:
So linking them both:

Further links to images - it is pale pink glass bowl with amber angled foot like my lamp and has cream and reddy brown twisted short cane sections dotted around on the bowl.

What led me to find this was, I came across a mention in a very old publication (snippet) of Osiris glass from Steinwald which was described as being pale rose with milky white vertical threads.  Osiris rang a bell so I searched on here and came across the bowl I'd posted years ago.  The bowl was listed as Stevens and Williams and as being marked but didn't mention what it was marked with.

For info - S&W Osiris glass is mentioned in Charles Hajdamach British Glass 1800-1914 pages 281-283 along with pictures from pattern books.

Just in case it becomes relevant - though I know other research is happening on Steinwald and this is probably known elsewhere.

and I believe this lamp base belongs to the same maker too:

The Bohemian Glass.org site has the blue and white netted vase listed as Ernst Steinwald now.  For a while the site owner had it listed as Kralik or Steinwald.

This lamp I've just linked to and the vases and my lamp I've linked above I think are likely to all belong to the same maker. I am aware makers may have moved between factories however there are specific colour links in these pieces as well as dekors, so I wonder if that makes it more likely they come from one factory.

Another vase in the same decor as mine and the same colourway (also the same colourway as a more squat vase with flared sides which I linked from De Erbe see link below).  The shape of this one at Carters is the same as the one listed as by Ernst Steinwald in blue and amber and listed as Hantich in blue and amber.
All are by the same maker I am absolutely certain.
This one is listed on Carters as by Archimede Seguso but I can't see any of the listing to see what identification source there is for that:https://www.carters.com.au/index.cfm/index/1312-venetian-murano-glass-housewares-vases/

Here for comparison my lamp base plus the others I've found in this decor, one in the same colours as this and my lampbase, the others a different colourway:

Another described here as Hantich:

So, in summary we have one listed as by Archimede Seguso but no source id. - Carters
One listed as Hantich  - Gilded Curio
One listed as by Karl Wiedmann for WMF  - De Erbe
One listed as by Ernst Steinwald - Bohemian Glass.org site
Mine

I bought it on a Vide Grenier in Banat, France, near the border of Spain. May be Sue shows the way in the right direction. :)

Nothing in McConnell’s The Decanter except the Kremlin Kellots, which he says were for schnapps and water.

I would guess it was blown into a metal frame to create the shape and then the rim finished by hand, not pressed.
There is quite a large mould seam around the neck though.
