I'm certain these are Murano, but don't know who made them.
They are about 3.5" and 4'5" respectively, and are both opalescent / opaline glass with lovely bullicanre work. I am hoping they might be Barbini????

The pink one looks like Fratelli Toso. They did many birds with these opalino colors and bullicante. I am not sure about the blue. The bill makes me think of AVeM or Cenedese, but I don't know.
Why don't we put all these Murano birds onto the Murano board where people can find them easier when they search? There have been a few threads lately that are Murano glass.

Gosh, that's interesting Anita, I would have put money on them being the same maker.......yes, do move them, whoever does that, if it makes it easier to access.
If you want better pics for the Zoo, do please ask....I might even dust them better than I have done for these!! :-[

They could both be by Fratelli Toso. I was just a bit cautious because the bullicante and bills are different. I'll have to find ones with a label before they go into the zoo, but please send the pictures. I hold them in a file until I run across definite attributions. I have a file right now that is as big as the zoo itself!
I think I had a duck like the pink one in my Fratelli Toso file that I accidentally erased a couple of years back. Hundreds of pictures gone in the blink of an eye from a CDR with no backup. :-\

Oooooh! Anita!! That must have hurt SO MUCH!! I feel for you! :hug: I will learn from that and back up all my pics!! (Someday!) :t:
I will research fratelli Toso.....I think I might originally have thought they were by FT, but couldn't believe I could be that lucky!
After I have given them a proper dusting, I will get some nicer pics of all the Murano birds, ducks and swans off to you.
