Title: Victorian Tazza?

Ive seen one like this and it was referred to as a Victorian Tazza....I would like to confirm this and also find a maker so I can catalogue.
 Ihave two of these  . Height 16cms width 22.5cms

You need to show us the pattern on the top, either face on or from above. It might Davidson

Davidson, RD 254027, registered 1 May 1895.

Would usually be described as a comport rather than a tazza (which has a flatter top rather than a bowl or dish).

See photos of tazza, handled dish (which I supposed would be described as a nappy in America), and an oval dish in primrose pearline glass for different shapes in the same pattern.
