Title: Handblown European Glass, Pre-dates 1900
Post by: jgesq on February 16, 2006, 03:26:44 AM
My mother-in-law gave this to us and
claims its from the 1800s or earlier.
Does anyone have any idea?
There are no markings, its hand-blown,
and I've noticed the glass is full of air bubbles
and that there are also black flecks in the glass.

If you would like to see REALLY CLOSE-UP
pics look at the first reply post.

Hi and welcome to the board. I can't help with your items I'm afraid, but your extremely large pictures will cause problems for some users. Could you perhaps make them smaller and link to larger pics on tinypic or even better, GlassGallery. That way those who can handle the larger pics will look at them and those who can't won't have a problem. Many thanks, and good luck with identifying your glass. :)
