Hello everyone- if you could help with identifying this glass that purchased last year with no luck on any information of its maker yet that would be awesome - Thank you very much

finding a maker is probably a non-starter, unfortunately. :)

Your glass looks to have a ground and polished completely flat finish on the base, and this, together with the gold band and rim suggest an origin somewhere on the Continent of Europe.
The condition of the gilding would suggest first half C20 rather than anything earlier, but this ferny/floral theme has been around for a long time, so not always easy to date - then again it could be more recent still.
You don't comment on wear, or otherwise - always useful since this type of item does usually pick up a fair amount if its been around for a while.

The decoration on your glass by the way is wheel engraved, and not etched ( which is a wet acid process).

Sorry that we are unable to be awesome so far, but drinking glasses are generally difficult to attribute, especially if they are without a standard cut pattern or shape - but this is attractive - assume you purchased locally. :)
