My husband has had me hang on to these two items for a long time. I am trying to clean out the clutter. Please let me know if either of these is worth hanging on to, or worth selling?

Hiya Micha - welcome to the gmb :)
You've managed to post images that blow up nicely, but unfortunately, we can't really see what the glass looks like properly. :'(
Could you please, take the images against a white background (just a sheet or 2 of A4), so we can see the colours and how they're worked.
Also, could you take clear images of exactly what the base looks like - we really like looking at bottoms, they can tell so much.
Rim shots are good too - how they're finished is also important.
One last thing, would you start a new thread for the candleholder thingy - it helps keep things clear here to give every bit of glass its own personal thread. You can put 4 images in each posting you make.
Having said all that, your glass does looks interesting - I'm very curious about it!

a few more. I will post a new thread for the red pitcher thing

;D Thank-you!
I can't actually help too much, sorry!
I don't think it' something from my sort of area - but I'd stab a guess that the basket-y piece is a hand-made bit of studio glass.
The colours are a bit unusual - not tha standard colours bought in - that's a very strange sort of red - one I like and it is one mostly found, to my knowledge anyway, in studio pieces.
I see you're in the states - studio glass was "born" in the states - and I'm afraid I don't get to see much american stuff - and there is so much of it now, it's a minefield!
