Title: USSR vase - need information

Can anyone out there identify
the maker of this vase with the
USSR sticker on the bottom?

There are two artists who are known to have used vertical bands of pinched decoration in clear crystal on coloured glass, and both worked for GUS Krushtalny. One is Vladimir Korneyev, the other Sergei Pivovarov. Korneyev was chief designer at GUS since 1968 - so it is not unlikely that was the designer of your vase.
