Title: I had never seen a weight like this... Any Ideas on its origin . Italian?

Hello, I picked this weight up recently thinking it was unusual with painted on flowers on the overlay. The faceted windows also have a gold line pained around the circumference. Any ideas where it was made... Thank you, Don

Hi Don.

It is a Murano piece (a not common, but known style), and the millefiori in the disk of canes makes me think it is a Galliano & Ferro piece, maybe from the 1950s.
