Title: logo on vase base. ID help please = Strathearn

Hello,
Does anyone know the maker of a glass vase I have acquired please? I think but hope the pic is clear enough. The mark is raised off the base and is of a fish/sea serpent/similar. Any help, gratefully appreciated as always. Thank you.
