Title: scottish weight perhaps ?

the weight is 3 1/4 inches wide
well worn on the base
l bought it this morning with a bowl l think might be monart so hoping this is scottish

I would suspect more likely Strathearn, if it is Scottish.

could be european with a base like that, can you see any good canes to photo?

I think Ray's point about the base, with its wide, rough ground basal ring, is about right.

I don't see any specifically Scottish canes in there. Although there is one with pale blue over yellow with an orange centre, I don't think it really matches any of the Ysart canes I know of in those colours.
