Wondering if anybody knows anything about this vase...

It's a really nice vase but it doesn't quite go with my other pieces.
It stands approx 10" tall nd 4.5" wide at the base. It's quite an heavy piece. The clear glass base is about 3/4" thick. It would be nice to have some info on it for the item description.
I would say late 60's, poss Scandi?
