Title: Scandinavian Miniature?

This is really a small little ashtray? Only about 2 3/4" across and just over an inch tall. It signed with W-25 on the bottom. Any idea's?

Yes, usually called a personal ashtray.

Anyone know the the W-25 stands for or if that's a clue to the maker?
