Thank you so much Anne and everyone else for helping ID our mom's glass after her passing. This one is 9" high by 11" wide.

This one with the bar code label suggests modern interior decorative glass to me.  Could be from any of the mass production from Poland or China. Very pretty though.

Virtually all retailers now require barcodes regardless of mass produced of hand made. Barcodes can be useful as the number is often the EAN international product code which can take you straight to the maker. Not sure when this system went universal but 13 digit EAN prob by 1990s. This one looks like a 12 digit UPC which started in the 70s.

Should be various look up sites around for those with < 13 digits. For 13 digits you can use eBay' s sell item.

found it, thank you so much! It is "Sasaki" crystal.  :D

Nice to have a piece of Sasaki on here with pictures that will stay :-) One of Japans oldest glassworks (1902) now merged with Toyo. Not much else known about what they produced.
